It is delightful to imagine that after six months of practice, many people aroud you believe that you are an effortlessly skinny person, which in fact you ARE. Effortless through steady practice and cultivation. Being skinny becomes automatic over time.
The body that you prefer to inhabit is very slender, and is available to you. There is nothing holding you in any patterns of overeating,and you realize that you are free to build the body you like best.
You very much like feeling very light on your feet, and it is not difficult for you to feel that your True Self that you have chosen to be, has the skinniest waist that is possible for you in this reality.
For you, being healthy and being super-skinny go hand in hand, as you use high-nutrient foods, reasonable fasting windows and gentle exercise to marry the two.
You are findng that raising your metabolism is nothing more than exercising more and developing your endurance. You really don%u2019t care much about developing a high resting metabolism, you more just care about burning more calories because you MOVE.
You act and think like a naturally slender person, which means that you simply choose food for yourself that is natural, light and nourishing. You do not even like processed foods that come in wrappers, or are served at parties.
